The firm is licensed by the State of Minnesota. Mrs. Gloor has been licensed since early 1980's and has practiced in Illinois, Florida and Minnesota. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), MN Society CPA's and the Florida Society CPA's. Laura is licensed in Minnesota and Florida. The firm has been enrolled in the Peer Review Program for over five years.
Accounting services, such as monthly bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation, are done for non-profit corporations, individuals and small business owners. Organizations subject to State regulatory control, such as charitable gambling organizations and fire relief associations are a large portion of the clients served.
